Are Gathered in Grace candles hand-poured? Yes. Our candles are hand-poured in small batches with care. Because they are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance may naturally occur.
How long will it take for my order to ship? Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Is shipping included? Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is included with every order.
How should I care for my candle? Trim your wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn and do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. For complete instructions please visit our Candle Care page.
Will every candle smell exactly the same? Each fragrance has been intentionally blended to create its own scent experience. Fragrance perception can vary depending on room size, airflow and individual scent preferences.
Can I return or exchange my order? Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
